First we had the Blue Bombers with the 3.5 points against the the Ticats. The Bombers didn’t need the points as they ran away with the 37-11 win. This game was delayed for over 2 1/2 hours due to a severe thunderstorm. But once it started the Bombers went off. They scored 3 TDS in the first 10 minutes and lead at halftime 34-0.
Next we had the Alouettes +2.5 against the Lions but the Lions had a huge 4th quarter where they scored 15 points and came away with the 38-18 win. The Als always seem to find a way to let games get away from them which would explain why they are in last place in the East.
The 3rd game of the week was the Roughriders vs the Stampeders and we went with the Roughriders +11. The 11 points wasn’t enough for us here as the Stamps won 35-15. Calgary scored 10 in the 1st and lead the rest of the game. The Riders couldn’t manage to get it to the end zone for the final 3 quarters. This was the first part of their home and home.
The last game of the week was the Eskimos vs the Redblacks and we went with Ottawa to win which they did 23-20. An insane finish to this game. The Eskimos returned an interception for the score with 5:12 left in the game and added a 2 point convert to hold a 7 point lead. But Burris went to work with a 7 play drive for 78 yards to tie it. On the Eskies next possession the Redblacks picked off Reilly and the return set up the game winning field goal.
Alouettes vs Eskimos Betting Tips
The Eskimos are in trouble. They have lost 3 straight and look nothing like the defending Grey Cup Champs. They can’t afford to lose this game and fall to 2-5 on the year. The lost last week in a crazy game to the Redblacks and I expect a bounce back for them in this one.
Eskimos -7 is the pick for this game. Reilly was held under 300 yards for the first time this year so look for him to have a big game
Blue Bombers vs Argonauts Betting Tips
The Bombers have turned the corner by the looks of it. They have won 2 straight thanks to Nichols and now sit in 3rd in the West.
The Argos have also won 2 straight and had a bye week last week. Over their 2 game win streaks the Bombers have put up 30 and 37 points, the Argos 30 and 23. I like this game to be a high scoring one.

Stampeders vs Roughriders Betting Tips
This is the 2nd half of a home and home series with the Stamps winning the first game 35-15. It was a strong outing for Calgary last week and with a win would extend their win streak to 4 games and stay on top of the West Division standings. The Riders have struggled again this year and there chances to win this one look slim.

Tiger-Cats vs Lions Betting Tips
Collaros will be getting the start for the Ticats. He has missed a pile of time and you have to wonder how he will perform. He was unreal last year. The Lions have had a great start to the year and sit in 2nd in the West with a 4-2 record. This is going to be a great game. With Collaros back I see the Ticats coming together for this one and try to get some revenge for their week 2 loss to the Lions.
