Its the Hamilton Tiger-Cats vs the Winnipeg Blue Bombers for the 2019 CFL Grey Cup. As always it was a great year of CFL action with plenty of surprises and storylines to follow along the way.

This is the 107th Grey Cup and features two teams who haven’t won it all in a long time. The Ticats last won the Grey Cup in 1999 and the Blue Bombers last won it in 1990. So one team is going to get a long awaited Grey Cup to hoist. Its been 35 years since these teams last met in the Grey Cup.

To get to this point the Ticats had a great year with multiple winning streaks. They had a 2 game, 3 game and 4 game win streak during the season and now ride a 7 game win streak into the finals. The Blue Bombers had a 4 game and 3 game win streak during the season and now ride another 3 win streak into the finals.

These teams played each other twice during the regular season and it was Hamilton winning both games by scores of 33-13 and 23-15.

The Grey Cup game takes place on Sunday, November 24th at 6:00 pm ET. It will be played at McMahon Stadium in Calgary. All right let’s get to the Betting Tip for the 107th CFL Grey Cup.

Hamilton Tiger-Cats vs Winnipeg Blue Bombers Betting Tips

This is going to be a great game that features the 2 best offenses in the league and 2 of the best defenses with the Ticats ranked 1st and the Bombers ranked 4th.

The last time these teams played each other for the Grey Cup was on November 18th, 1984.

The Ticats have Brandon Banks and Bralon Addison who are the best 1-2 punch in the league at the receiver position. The Bombers have a strong set of defensive backs to control them though with Winston Rose, Jeff Hecht and Marcus Sayles all top 10 in interceptions this season. This will be an interesting story to follow.

The Bombers have arguably the best all around player in the league with league leading Rusher Andrew Harris who is also an incredible receiver. And Zach Collaros will be looking to get some revenge against the Ticats after he, as a member of the Roughriders, suffered an injury early in the season against them. And what better game to get revenge then during the Grey Cup game

Again this is going to be a great game and one of the league’s longest active droughts will come to an end. But with the Blue Bombers winning two playoff games on the road to get here, I like their chances to win it all. Sure the Ticats won both meetings during the season but the momentum that the Blue Bombers gained from the 2 road victories to get here is going to help them for this game.

No matter who comes out as the champs its going to be a fun game to watch. I also expect it to be a closer game with the score compared to the two previous meetings this season.

Blue Bombers +4 is my pick for the 107th Grey Cup
