Graeme had 3 tips last week and went 1-2.

We had the Alouettes +6 against the Blue Bombers.  This looked good for us heading in to the 4th with the game tied at 14.  But it was all Winnipeg in the final quarter where they out scored the Als 21-6 and won the game 35-20.  Bombers QB Collaros threw 3 interceptions yet was still able to pick up the win. The Bombers are the first team to start the season 9-0 since the Lions in 2005.

Next we had the Stamps -5 against the Redblacks and they covered the 5 points when they won 17-3.  This wasn’t a very good game for either team and if it weren’t for a Titus Wall pick 6 there would have been only scores from kicks.  The win stopped the Stamps losing streak at 2 games.

We had the Tiger-Cats +2 against the Argos but the Argos picked up the 34-20 win.  The Ticats were up 13-0 early in the 2nd quarter but the Argos owned the 2nd half outscoring them 28-6.  The Argos defense was strong blocking a punt and returning it for a TD and Chris Edwards had a pick 6.

The final game of the weekend was the Elks vs the Lions and the point spread was 10.5 which was too much so the game, and tip, was skipped.  The Lions went to work in this game.  Rourke threw 5 TDs, ran in another and Rhymes caught 3 TDs for the Lions.

Let’s get to week 10.

Alouettes vs Blue Bombers Tips

At this point it’s not if the Bombers win but it’s by how much.

They played each other last week and the Bombers won by 15 points 35-20.

The Bombers have been able to beat teams all season and with the exception of weeks 1 and 4 they were all by at least a touchdown.

With this week’s game in Winnipeg and the Bombers already beating them by 15 I like their chances to cover that at home.

Bombers -11

Argonauts vs Tiger-Cats Betting Tips

Another rematch from last week.  The Argos won thanks to the play from their defense.

With the game moving to Hamilton for this one will the Ticats show up and try and close they gap between them and the Argos for 1st place in the East.

The Ticats have 2 wins this season and both were at home.  The spread is -2 with the Tiger-Cats the favourites but I just can’t make it a tip so I have to skip this game.

Lions vs Stampeders Betting Tips

Both teams are coming into this game off of wins.

The Stamps got their win against the 1-7 RedBlacks so it’s tough to use that as a way for them to gain motivation moving forward.  The Lions destroyed the Elks and if Rourke and Rhymes can continue their play from last week than they shouldn’t have a problem here.

Lions -1.5

Roughriders vs Elks Betting Tips

Both teams are coming into this game after a loss and the loss for both teams was to the Lions.

The Riders had last week off so they hopefully used that time to assess their issues and try and fix things.

The Lions put up 46 against the Elks but “only” 32 against the Riders.

The Riders have lost 3 in a row heading into this game so the week off surely did them some good.  The Elks haven’t won when playing at home.

Riders -5.5
