We had over 48 in the Alouettes vs RedBlacks game. This game started out slow with Ottawa having a 8-0 lead after the 1st quarter. The Als came alive in the 2nd putting up 18 points and held a 18-14 lead at half. After the 3rd the RedBlacks were up 26-25 but Montreal outscored them 15-7 in the 4th and won 40-33 easily going over 48.
We had the Elks +8 against the Bombers but the Bombers won by 14 points 24-10. The Elks were unable to score a touchdown in the game gaining their points on 3 field goals and a single.
The Ticats vs Lions game was skipped. Graeme had mentioned that he thought that the Lions would win the game but the spread was to much, 10.5, and the game was skipped. It was the correct call as the Lions won but only by 5 points 17-12.
Finally we had the Riders -3 against the Argos. The Argos won 31-21 and this was the Riders first home loss of the season. For the Argos this was their 2nd win in a row and both were against the Riders.
Week 8 already so let’s get to the tips.
Alouettes vs Tiger-Cats Betting Tips
The Alouettes won last week and are in 2nd in the East with a 2-4 record. The Ticats lost and are in 3rd with a 1-5 record.
Montreal has 2 wins and both were at home. The Ticats picked up their only win at home.
Both teams have been bad this season so it’s hard to try and call a winner here. The Ticats are 3 point favorites but I can’t find a reason to back either team here.

Lions vs Roughriders Betting Tips
The Lions won last week barely getting by the Ticats. The Riders lost their last 2 games against the Argos.
The Lions lost in week 5 which snapped their win streak at 4 games. They bounced back for the win in week 7 after a week off.
The Riders just lost 2 in a row to the Argos so they will be looking to get back on track.
The Lions have been able to put up points this season, all of the Riders games have gone over 40 points.

Blue Bombers vs Stampeders Betting Tips
The Bombers beat the Elks last week and are a perfect 7-0 on the season. The Stamps were off last week but in their last game they lost to the Bombers.
With the Bombers 7-0 against the Stamps, who they have already beaten once this season, I like their chances to keep streak going.

RedBlacks vs Argonauts Betting Tips
The RedBlacks lost last week and are the only team in the CFL without a win. The Argos won last week and are in 1st in the East with a 3-2 record.
The Argos are 5 point favourites here. When Ottawa losses, and that’s all they have done this season, it’s usually by more than 5 points with their season opener to the Bombers by 2 points the only exception.
