It should be a good week with an intriguing matchup between the Hamilton Tiger-Cats and the Calgary Stampeders. Hamilton will still be reeling after that shocking loss to the Alouettes last week so it’ll be interesting seeing if they bounce back.
The Stampeders meanwhile blew out the Roughriders last week and their defence held up well there which was unfortunate as we had the over in that one.
It was a disappointing betting week with only the Winnipeg Blue Bombers getting us a win. We had them to win and I said they would win by 7-10 points at least. They ended up blowing the Redblacks away 29-14.
The Toronto Argonauts are still winless but they will be hoping to end that as they take on the Blue Bombers. They have a rough schedule at the moment though so I could see a lot of misery for the Argonauts over the next little while.
Let’s get on with the betting tips:
Eskimos at Lions Betting Tips
The BC Lions are home underdogs and are getting 3.5 points as the Eskimos come to town. The Eskimos had a bye week while the Lions are coming off that 18-17 win over the Argonauts that gave them their first win of the season.
Thing is the Lions really still haven’t shown too much. These two fared off a few weeks ago and the Eskimos easily beat the BC Lions 39-23.
Historically the Eskimos do struggle when they come to BC however I can’t see Trevor Harris doing that. He has looked phenomenal for the Eskimos and anyone who missed Mike Relly couldn’t give a toss these days.
Lions running game looked better last time but I am not ready to hang my hat on that yet.
Argonauts at Blue Bombers Betting Tips
Fresh off their tight loss to the BC Lions, the Argonauts go into this one as 12.5 point underdogs.
Heads wlll be down as they could have won that one to give them some momentum. Now they have a brutal schedule upcoming.
The Blue Bombers are fresh off that expected thrashing of the Ottawa Redblacks and nothing makes me think there will be any difference here.
Blue Bombers to roll again.

Stampders at Tiger-Cats Betting Tips
The Tiger-Cats lost last week in shocking fashion but are still 4 point favourites over the Stampeders.
Calgary are third in the West with 2 wins out of 3. They’ve played just one East team so far and lost 32-28.
Honestly that Tiger-Cats game gave me a lot of concerns and red alerts. There’s an obvious one to avoid in this one in Tre Robertson who is having a great season with 5 interceptions in just 3 games.
Sean Thomas-Erlington being out I think is a big loss – we saw that last week.
I think Tiger-Cats fail to bounce back.
