First we had the Stamps -5.5 against the Blue Bombers and the Stamps came away with the 33-18 win. This was Calgary’s 14th straight win when playing after a bye week. They scored 19 points off of turnovers and Mitchell had a great game throwing for 310 yards and 3 touchdowns.
Next we had the Redblacks -6 against the Roughriders but it was the Riders coming away with their first win of the season 30-29. Mitchell Gale got the win in his first start of his CFL career. The Redblacks were dealt a big blow early in this game. Their starting qb Harris was forced to leave after 4 plays thanks to an injury to his right leg.
The 3rd game of the week was the Tiger-Cats vs the Eskimos and we had this game going Over 54.5. The Ticats won 37-31. This was a crazy game. Ticats QB Jeremiah Masoli set a CFL record when he completed 23 consecutive passes and they made the biggest comeback in team history overcoming a 25 point deficit.
The last game of the week was the Alouettes vs the Argonauts and we went with the Argos -6.5. The final score was the Argos winning 30-17. The was the Argos first win at their new stadium. Ricky Ray left the game with a left knee injury.
Ok let’s get onto the games for week 6
Blue Bombers vs Eskimos Betting Tips
Nichols will get the start for the Bombers in this game which will be his first start of the season. I think the Eskimos will come away with the win in this game but the question is by how much?
With the spread being 10 we need the Eskimos to run away with this one. With Nichols getting the start I like the Bombers to keep it closer than 10 with the team coming together for Nichols

Roughriders vs Alouettes Betting Tips
Both teams have had a bad start to the season and come into this game at 1-3. This game could go either way but I have to take the home team Als to win for their first home win of the season.

Lions vs Stampeders Betting Tips
During week 1, these teams played and it was the Lions winning 20-18.
Since then the Lions have beat the Argos, lost to the Ticats and then pounded the Riders. The Stamps beat the Bombers in week 2, had a crazy tie with the Redblacks in week 3 and then again beat the Bombers in week 5. I like the Stamps to win and even the season series with the Lions in this one.

Argonauts vs Redblacks Betting Tips
Both the Redblacks and the Argonauts lost their starting quarterbacks during last week’s game. So this is a battle of the backups. Based on their records and who these teams have played up until this point, the Redblacks are the better team and should win this game with ease.
