In the first game of the week the Redblacks held off the Alouettes for their first win of the season. Ottawa wide receiver Greg Ellingson caught 6 passes for 149 yeards.
Game 2 of the week was the Eskimos vs the Tiger-Cats. The Eskimos were down with little time left but Mike Reilly put together a last minute drive which resulted in a game winning touchdown with only 23 seconds left. The win pushed the Eskimos record to 4-0 on the season.
The Lions picked up their 4th straight win when they stormed back to beat the Blue Bombers 45-42 thanks to 18 4th quarter points.
The Stampeders never trailed and walked away with the easy 27-10 win against the Roughriders. The only good thing to come out of this game for the Riders was their QB Kevin Glenn became just the 7th player in CFL history to throw for over 50,000 yards.
The 5th and last game of the week was again the Redblacks but this time they were taking on the Argonauts. This was a great game and it was the Argonauts holding on for the 27-24 win pushing the Redblacks to 1-4-1.

Alouettes vs Blue Bombers Betting Tips
Well both teams are coming off of losses.
The Alouettes have lost both of their road games this season. The Bombers are 2-2 so far but are giving up a pile of points even when they win.
But with both teams not really showing us anything yet this season I’m going with the over. With the exception of their week 3 loss to the Stamps the Bombers games have been high scoring with 2 going over 80 points.

Lions vs Eskimos Betting Tips
Lions +3 is my pick for this one
I find this game tough to call.
The Lions are 4-1 with their only loss being a 3 point one to the Eskimos in week 1. The Eskimos are 4-0.
The Eskimos are still dealing with a bunch of injuries which they didn’t have in the first week
With it being so close in my opinion I have to go with the team that has the points
Argonauts vs Roughriders Betting Tips
The Argos have had an up and down year so far by winning a game and then following it up with a loss.
The Riders have only one win so far this year and that was against the winless Tiger-Cats.
With the way the Roughriders have been playing this year I have to bet against them until they show me otherwise.

Tiger-Cats vs Stampeders Betting Tips
I like the Stamps to win this one and will personally be betting on it. But the question is how much will they win by?
The spread is 12.5 points. Calgary has three wins on the year. One was by 19 points another by 17 and the third by 4.
The Ticats haven’t won yet this year and have been blownout in 3 of their 4 losses.
So with Hamilton getting pounded frequently and the Stamps winning games by big numbers I have to go with them at home in this one.
